Documents not loading in viewer

I currently have the groupdocs cloud api viewer embedded on our website and for the past few weeks the performance of the viewer has been lacking. Documents will not load in the viewer and even signing-in or visiting the ‘my settings’ section on groupdocs.com will lead to loading issues.



Here’s more information:

- Tested viewer on my website in safari and firefox

- Visited the site from multiple computers, on different networks.

- The demo on groupdocs.com loads fine, just not on my website

- Region: Canada

We are sorry to hear that you have such issue. Looks like we had some issues with DNS servers, but now our services work well. Could you please check how GroupDocs Viewer works for you now and notify if the issue was resolved for you?
