API cloud EU server: Signed contracts hang showing "Signing your envelope" to users

Hi we have had this problem since 11am today - Have tried a few test examples - about 40 users affected in past 2 hrs.

Hangs at this stage forever so contract is never actually signed on Groupdocs side or returned to us.

This was 11am GMT.
