When submitting a PDF to DOCX conversion request via the async API, the “startedAt” in the API is always null and status stays stuck in created, regardless of how long we poll. I’ve downloaded logs from the UI and I’m seeing “Local: Message timed out” errors, and some digging suggests this error is being thrown by Groupdoc’s Kafka infrastructure (see here). Any help would be appreciated!
