Conversion to xlsx - unlock sheet as a conversion option

I am converting a xlsm to an xlsx, which works fine. However, the original sheet is also protected (no password). Is it possible to remove the protection as an option while converting?

I am afraid there is no option available to remove the password during document conversion.

So just to be clear - there is NO password. The sheet is just protected without a password. Just need to unprotect it.
