Docx to PDF conversion error with Charts

Hi,

The attached file contains 3 files, the original docx ‘figure_issues.docx’, the pdf created by using the adobe plugin for word ‘figure_issues.pdf’ and the result of using cloud/GroupDocs Dashboard ‘figure_issues_groupdoc_conversion.pdf’.



The charts are missing their legends, some of the lines are missing, the line styles are wrong.



Could you advise to the reason for this and any fixes, or ways to detect this error. Or new workarounds that are not to use word to export the PDF.
