GroupDocs.Viewer Cloud embedded Viewer shows Chinese ANSI Code Text as garbage

We are using .net version 17.8 and GroupDocs Cloud Apps can reproduce this issue.

Is there a method to handle this problem?

Thanks for using GroupDocs.Viewer for .NET. Please mention whether are you using image-based rendering or Html based rendering. Furthermore, can you please share with us the sample source code to reproduce the issue at our end? We shall be looking forward to your response.
