Hello,
We’d like to use GroupDocs.Viewer Cloud Self-Hosted on Docker. When inspecting the version in the image on Docker Hub (groupdocs/viewer-cloud - Docker Image), it states it’s using 25.7. However, GroupDocs has publicly posted that there’s a vulnerability that was fixed in 26.6 in the self-hosted Docker Image (GroupDocs.Viewer Cloud 26.6 Release Notes). Could we check if 26.6 is going to be pushed to Docker Hub?
Hello @sypadlet
The image on DockerHub already contains the vulnerability fix.
Feel free to use the latest image groupdocs/viewer-cloud - Docker Image
To finally ensure that the image was properly updated, feel free to check the digest running the command:
docker images --digests
The output will contain digests of all images and should look like following for GroupDocs Viewer Cloud image:
REPOSITORY TAG DIGEST IMAGE ID
groupdocs/viewer-cloud latest sha256:d78dc02fa8f384f949712f270517f8ea9de621d1c9b5a7283689975003b863e9 d78dc02fa8f3
The valid digest is sha256:d78dc02fa8f384f949712f270517f8ea9de621d1c9b5a7283689975003b863e9
Please share if it helps.
Probably there is a caching issue and you see outdated metadata, could you recheck and share if you still see the 25.7 version and where you see it.
Thanks.
