Today Jan 09 at 16:47:13 UK time we’ve started experiencing issues with the merge API. We are using this API for merging word documents:

This is affecting our users in our Production environment. Can someone help us please? Many thanks in advance.

i cannot reproduce it today, the last occurence in our logs is Jan 09 18:43:16 UK time. The issue lasted for about 2 hours yesterday. What happened exactly and is it resolved for good?
Hi, one of our API services was not working properly, it was because of updates, maintainance, etc. It may happen sometimes
