PDF Document Translation API is taking a long time

Hello,

I am translating a PDF document to another language. PDF is a mixture of diagrams and all with 8 pages. When I make API calls it just keeps on running without any output or sometimes throws connection failure error. I also translate the 2 lines basic html page and its working but that too takes little more time than expected.

Why is that ? any idea ?

OK, I am using postman for this and its failing and also the same result from another programming language OpenEdge/Progress 4GL.

I am afraid the issue is still pending investigation, as we have recently noticed it. We will share an ETA/update with you as soon as we complete the investigation.
