We are currently having Problems that no file can be converted. We are using the Self Hosted Version (Docker). There is no response/error in the logs.
If we use the GroupDocs Cloud, we only Receive a PDF File called “Health.pdf” - Not sure what could cause this issue?
Any ideas?
I also have problems with the conversion I tried from pptx to jpeg and it gives me an error, it is evident that something is happening
