I’ve read in another forum that it is possible to restart jobs marked as “postponed”. Looking at the API Documentation for the UpdateJob request I think I can trigger a restart by changing the status to “pending”. Are there any other fields I need to include in the request in order to restart a job?
Hi @Will_Norton Thank you for your request. To restart job you just need to set user id and job id fields. All other fields are options. IF after restart the job will still be a postponed please contact us and we will check the logs for the reasons.
