using Python we did i guess its python cloud SDK, correct me if i am wrong

Please note there are two APIs available in GroupDocs.Conversion Cloud. You can either convert files from Cloud storage or request body. In case if you are using the Cloud storage option then you can set the storage mode of Cloud storage to set the files retention period. I hope it answers your query.
